Mr. Miller focuses his legal practice on community association law. While serving as general corporate counsel for many associations, Mr. Miller prepares governing document rewrites and amendments, negotiates bulk cable and vendor contracts, and provides continuing education for directors. Mr. Miller handles all aspects of representation for associations, including covenant enforcement actions, collections, and legal opinions.
His responsibilities also include serving as general counsel to condominium and homeowners associations, drafting all necessary governing documents needed for proper association function, including but not limited to declarations, by-laws, rules and regulations, bulk cable, and vendor contracts. He also regularly advises his community association clients on a wide range of issues affecting board of directors conducting association business. Mr. Miller’s greatest achievement is fulfilling his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney and practicing law every day.
