ALEXIS HERNANDEZ

Mr. Hernandez is an attorney in the Firm’s litigation department and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and construction defect litigation cases which are routinely contentious, highly-litigated cases from the initial case evaluation through and including final judgment. Additionally, he litigates landlord/tenant matters, construction law, insurance coverage disputes, and government disputes. Mr. Hernandez also works in the Firm’s community association department where he assists our condominium and homeowners’ association clients with enforcing their covenants, drafting amendments to their governing documents, and acts as general counsel for various association matters.

He has successfully represented corporate clients, injured accident victims, construction companies, and condominium and homeowners’ associations.

Mr. Hernandez’s greatest professional accomplishment was obtaining a walk-away settlement for a local public university in a construction injury lawsuit where the facts were not in his client’s favor.
