Overview
Amanda Broadwell is a civil litigation attorney based in our Naples, Florida office representing individuals, businesses, and community associations throughout Southwest Florida. Her practice encompasses a broad range of general civil litigation matters, includes construction defect litigation, complex commercial litigation, business disputes, mass torts, and insurance litigation, with a focus on first-party insurance claims and community association disputes.
Ms. Broadwell handles cases from pre-suit strategy through trial, providing clients with practical guidance and strong advocacy at every stage of the legal process. She is committed to developing efficient, results-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
A significant portion of Ms. Broadwell’s practice involves first-party property insurance claims. She represents policyholders in disputes involving hurricane damage, storm damage, and other property-related losses. Ms. Broadwell works to recover full and fair compensation for clients facing denied, delayed, or underpaid claims, applying her knowledge of policy language and insurer practices to build effective litigation strategies. Since 2017, she has assisted insureds in securing over $250,000,000 in insurance proceeds.
Ms. Broadwell also regularly represents community associations and business owners across Southwest Florida. She advises boards and property managers on collections, governing document interpretation, and dispute resolution, and she represents entities in litigation when conflicts arise. Her experience allows her to provide practical, legally sound guidance that supports both compliance and the long-term stability of the communities and businesses she serves.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Broadwell is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and certified mediator in the Middle District of Florida. She conducts mediations in a wide range of civil disputes, helping parties reach efficient, cost-effective resolutions outside of the courtroom when possible.
