Mrs. Goede’s dynamic practice encompasses community association law, real estate, land use, eminent domain, banking, and commercial litigation. She serves as general counsel to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ associations, advising boards on governance, covenant enforcement, financial matters, and vendor contract negotiations. Mrs. Goede handles all aspects of community association operations, from drafting and interpreting governing documents to managing disputes.
Her government experience, which includes serving as a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow at the Florida Department of Transportation and working in both the United States Senate and Florida House of Representatives, has given her valuable insight into how clients interface with public institutions. This experience, combined with her deep understanding of the legislative process, enhances her ability to navigate complex regulatory and governmental issues on behalf of her clients.
During her time at the University of Florida, Mrs. Goede served as President of Florida Blue Key, was inducted into the University of Florida’s Hall of Fame, and was named the University of Florida Alumni Association’s Outstanding Student Leader. Having transitioned from a large law firm, Mrs. Goede brings a wealth of experience in representing a diverse range of clients across multiple legal disciplines.
