
S. KYLA THOMSON
PARTNER
Ms. Thomson drafts opinion letters, amendments and restatements of governing documents, covenant violation and collection demand letters on behalf of community associations. She attends and facilitates community association membership meetings, elections and board meetings, as well as provides general counsel on community association matters to boards of directors and management companies. Ms. Thomson also manages and supervises a team of paralegals in the Firm’s collections and foreclosure practice.
Ms. Thomson’s experience growing up in the Philippines and in the United States has provided her with a keen understanding of people and their differing backgrounds and priorities. She uses her perspective and legal experience daily to be a strong advocate for her clients.
Ms. Thomson considers her greatest professional accomplishment to be the one she fulfills every day: collaborating with a team of professionals for the benefit of the firm’s clients.
