Mrs. Bosch is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Community Association Law department and serves as general counsel to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ associations. She advises boards of directors on all aspects of community governance, including drafting, amending, and interpreting governing documents; covenant enforcement; construction defect and collection matters; and the review and negotiation of contracts. She also regularly attends and counsels boards at board and membership meetings. Mrs. Bosch has experience handling legal matters from inception through resolution, including mediation, litigation, and trial.
In addition to her practice, Mrs. Bosch is a published author of columns featured in multiple news publications, where she addresses current issues in community association law. She is known for being accessible, responsive, and practical, helping boards navigate complex issues efficiently while keeping their long-term goals in focus. She brings a thoughtful understanding of the relationship dynamics that often drive disputes and works closely with her clients to promote strategic, proactive decision-making and effective communication.
