Our goal is to help association representatives understand how these updates impact their responsibilities and decision-making, and to provide them with the practical tools needed to implement the new legal requirements effectively.

Understanding the Association’s Governing Documents & Tools for Compliance and Enforcement – Webinar Recording
This course provides Directors, managers, owners, and Association professionals with an understanding of the differences between the Association’s governing documents and the tools available to enforce them. Participants will learn about the hierarchy and function of key documents, including the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.
The course will also cover statutory requirements under Florida law, the amendment process, and the distinction between covenants and Board rules as it pertains to enforcement.
