Tovah Katja Nadassky

Mrs. Nadassky’s practice focuses on banking and community association law.  As a banking and finance attorney she brings a decade of legal experience advising financial institutions on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. She brings a well-rounded, business-focused perspective shaped by both her legal practice as in-house counsel and non-legal roles within the financial services industry.

Her practice focuses on representing lenders in commercial financing transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of loan documents, security agreements and related documentation.

Prior to joining GDC, Mrs. Nadassky served in risk management as well as in-house counsel for a strong bank. In her roles she dealt with a broad range of matters affecting the highly regulated institution. As in-house counsel, she worked closely with executive leadership and business units to provide support in lending operations, review, and negotiation of contracts and compliance matters. She played a key role in managing legal risk, improving internal processes, and providing strategic guidance on day-to-day business decisions.

Mrs. Nadassky’s wealth of experience in legal and non-legal roles enables her to deliver solutions that are not only legally sound, but also practical and aligned with business objectives.
