Mr. Brandon Ilias Karas is a Florida-based real estate and business attorney focused on residential and commercial transactions, contract drafting, and complex deal structuring. He works closely with buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders to ensure smooth and legally sound closings, while also advising clients on risk management, title issues, and contractual rights.
Mr. Karas has extensive experience handling purchase agreements, lease agreements (including lease-to-own structures), escrow disputes, and title-related matters. He regularly serves as counsel to real estate professionals and brokerages, providing practical, deal-focused legal guidance in fast-moving transactional environments. He serves as counsel to one of the largest real estate brokerage networks in Southwest Florida, further reinforcing his role as a trusted advisor within the industry.
In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Karas advises clients on business and contract matters, including entity structuring, liability protection, and dispute resolution. He is also involved in litigation strategy, bringing a well-rounded perspective to both transactional and contested issues.
