HARRIS B. KATZ

Mr. Katz is the Managing Partner for the Firm’s Boca Raton Office. Mr. Katz provides hands-on support for clients though the litigation process from inception through trial. He has 25-years of experience defending and filing claims on behalf of clients throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Katz has spent the majority of his legal career representing individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury and complex product liability claims, toxic torts, consumer fraud and wrongful death cases, recovering millions of dollars in damages for his clients over that time. Mr. Katz also has more than a decade of experience representing clients in large-scale construction defect cases, from condominiums to single family homes and commercial properties.

In addition to representing individuals, Mr. Katz currently represents several insurance carriers, including Citizens Property Insurance Company and Endurance Insurance. Mr. Katz has spent a large portion of his legal career working with several state-wide insurance defense law firms and has represented many carriers over that period of time, including Zurich, CNA, Progressive, State Farm, FCCI, The Hartford, Travelers, Crum & Forster, as well as many others. Having successfully worked on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Katz is uniquely situated to zealously represent a wide diversity of clients.
