Overview
Mr. Ricobaldi serves as counsel to condominium and homeowners’ associations, advising community association’s Board of Directors and handling all aspects of community governance.
Mr. Ricobaldi brings his experience in complex commercial business litigation at the State and Federal level, as well his service as Vice President of Legal and Compliance for a company operating coast-to-coast and internationally. Mr. Ricobaldi is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional, bringing specialized knowledge in the consumer privacy, data privacy, and cybersecurity space. By combining experience in complex litigation, high-level transactional work, in-house leadership, and privacy landscape, Mr. Ricobaldi offers clients a uniquely well-rounded perspective. He is known for delivering clear, strategic guidance and serving as a trusted advisor in navigating sophisticated legal and business challenges.
